  • Intuitive Eating is a ten step approach to rejecting the diet mentality through connection with your body. It’s about healing your relationship with food so you can become more attuned to your body’s needs instead of dictating your food choices through dieting and preconceived notions.

  • This is an approach to eating where all foods fit without shame or guilt. There are no “good” or “bad” foods. The goal is freedom and flexibility instead of a particular way of eating or being. It also takes into consideration cultural differences in terms of the way people eat.

  • Yes. While exercise is not therapy (that’s what we’re here for), it can be extremely therapeutic. We’ll help you develop a practice that empowers you to move mindfully in a way that feels good without putting the focus on the size of your body. Just make sure to be extremely gentle.

  • Yes! We have therapists on staff who work with children and adolescents.

  • Yes! While these are a few of our specialities, we wholeheartedly welcome you to reach out if you struggle with something else. Our practitioners have a variety of other specialities including support for the LGBTQIA+ community, parents and kids. All those who work within our practice also have extensive training in treating depression, anxiety, and life transitions for adults, adolescents, and kids. Learn more about our therapists here.

  • Psychotherapy is a collaborative treatment between you and a licensed psychotherapist. We apply scientifically validated techniques to help you understand your feelings and equip you with ways to face challenges in the present and future. It’s rooted in dialogue and provides a supportive environment that empowers you to talk openly with someone who’s objective, non-judgemental, and an expert in the issues you may be battling.

  • Individual sessions are $200 with staff clinicians or $300 with Stephanie Roth-Goldberg or Molly Grimes. Family sessions are $250. Sliding scale spots are also available on a limited basis. Please call or email us to discuss.

  • Spring P&W is an out-of-network provider. Many insurance plans reimburse 40-100% of the cost after you have met your deductible. It is recommended that you call your insurance directly and ask for your out-of-network Mental Health Benefits. We will provide you with all the necessary paperwork to submit for reimbursement.

  • Do I have out-of-network Mental Health Benefits? Specifically CPT code 90834. If yes, what percentage do you cover? What is my deductible?
