Our licensed practitioners
are eating disorder and trauma specialists who understand what you’re feeling.

We are here for you.

Molly and Stephanie are clinicians who have had longstanding practices of their own in New York City. When they made the move to life in Montclair, they bumped into each other at an event for their kids' preschool and quickly connected personally and professionally. They realized they could put their skills to good use out here in New Jersey; Stephanie with her expertise in eating disorders and body image struggles, and Molly with her experience in trauma and recovery and relationship difficulties. They worked together to develop Spring Psychotherapy and Wellness, a therapy and wellness practice they hope will provide locals with safe and competent care and community. They are excited to build their practice together in their new professional home, serving the greater Montclair area.
